At GG Box, we strive to ensure that your monthly subscription box reaches you in perfect condition and on time. Below is an overview of our fulfillment and shipping policies.

Order Processing:

  • Subscription boxes are processed and shipped once a month.

  • Orders placed before the 15th of the month will be included in the current month's shipment.

  • Orders placed after the 15th will be processed and shipped in the following month's cycle.

 

Shipping Methods:

  • We use reliable carriers to ensure your box arrives safely.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are not included in the subscription price unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or international orders.

Delivery Issues:

  • If your box is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may send a replacement box if necessary.

 

Change of Address:

  • Address changes must be submitted by the 15th of the month to ensure they are updated for the current month’s shipment.

  • Please update your address in your account settings or contact our customer service team for assistance.
